Haiven Property has officially launched, bringing fresh ideas and a commitment to excellence to the real estate industry.
Managing Director, Sean Hughes highlighted the significance of the new branding, stating that Haiven Property aims to set new standards and benchmarks in the industry.
“Our approach, characterised by fresh ideas, unbridled enthusiasm, honesty, and integrity, has earned our agency a reliable reputation among peers and returning clients,” he said.
As part of the reboot, highly-regarded agent, Shane Beaumont has been appointed as Director.
Mr Hughes praised Beaumont, stating, "he’s at the top of his game and one of WA’s highest-performing agents. Shane is a rare breed who has both charisma and an unsurpassable background and knowledge.
“We are thrilled to have cemented an ongoing partnership with Shane and look forward to seeing what we will collectively achieve together.”
Mr Beaumont expressed his excitement about joining the team and contributing to Haiven Property's expansion.
"It's exciting to be part of this team and the growth of Haven Property. Our highly-awarded, team makes Haiven a welcoming place to call home.
“We have achieved some phenomenal results but our success derives from our focus on great people, creating a welcoming and sharing environment," he said.
Mr Hughes and his mother, Jenny had operated under the Realmark Coastal brand bringing 55 years combined to the agency. After achieving record sales on the coast, they felt it was time to expand further across the WA market.
Under the previous Realmark Coastal brand, their office was one of WA’s most awarded, including being named Top Medium Office by Value Sold at the 2023 REIWA Awards and ranking among Australia’s top-10 offices nationwide according to the Real Estate Business Top 50 ranking.
Reflecting on their journey with Realmark, Mr Hughes stated, “We proudly wore the Realmark badge for 18 years, but we felt the time was right for our office to take this exciting step and create a new branding and destiny.
“There are some great agents and great operators in the broader WA market who are looking for a great brand and a thriving culture backed by high performing agents like themselves to call home,” he said.
The transition to Haiven Property was amicable, with both the Realmark Group and the Hughes family dedicated to ensuring a smooth changeover with minimal impact on clients and ongoing operations.
